Timefully Pro unlocks advanced features for a deeper meditation experience. This guide explains the difference between Free and Pro, subscription options, Family Sharing, and how to manage or restore your subscription.

Subscription Options

Timefully Pro is available in three plans:

All plans include the same Pro features. Choose based on how long you plan to use the app.

Family Sharing (iOS)

Share Timefully Pro with up to 5 family members on iOS:

  1. The primary subscriber enables Family Sharing in their Apple ID settings.
  2. Add family members via Settings > [Your Name] > Family Sharing.
  3. When purchasing Timefully Pro, select Share with Family (for subscriptions that support it).
  4. Family members can then access Pro features under the same subscription.

Note: Family Sharing availability depends on the subscription type. Check the purchase screen for current options. Lifetime purchases may have different sharing rules.

On Android, Google Play offers a separate Play Family Library mechanism. Family Library availability depends on the subscription type — check the Google Play purchase screen for current options.

Restoring Purchases

If you've already subscribed but Pro features are locked:

On iOS

  1. Open Timefully and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Restore Purchases (or Timefully Pro > Restore).
  3. Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase when prompted.
  4. Your Pro access should restore within a few seconds.

Restoring is required after reinstalling the app or switching devices. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID.

On Android

  1. Open Timefully and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Restore Purchases (or simply launch the app — Google Play usually restores automatically).
  3. Make sure you're signed into the same Google Account that purchased Pro.

Your Pro access is tied to your Google Account.

Managing Your Subscription

iOS (App Store)

  • Cancel: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions (or App Store > Account > Subscriptions). Select Timefully and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro until the end of the billing period.
  • Change plan: Cancel the current plan and subscribe to a different one (e.g., switch from Monthly to Annual).
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund for a specific purchase.

Android (Google Play)

  • Cancel: Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Timefully → Cancel. Or visit Google Play Subscriptions directly.
  • Change plan: From the same screen, tap Manage to upgrade or change your plan.
  • Refunds: Request a refund via Google Play Order History — refunds are processed by Google, not Timefully.
